Hi, I’m Aubri Coleman-Martinez. I have always enjoyed math, numbers, and organization. My journey in finance began in 2006 when I started working in banking, which eventually led me to pursue a career in accounting. Since 2016, I’ve worked in various accounting roles, and in 2024, I decided to take the leap and start my own business—Paper Plane Accounting.
I earned my bookkeeping certificate in 2010 and an associate degree in accounting from Salt Lake Community College in 2016. Currently, I’m working towards my bachelor’s degree in accounting at Southern Utah University, which I will complete in 2025. I’m also considering pursuing my CPA license to further expand my expertise.
When I’m not managing finances, you’ll find me traveling with my family, which is our absolute favorite thing to do together. Whether it’s exploring new places or revisiting our favorite destinations, our love for travel ties into the navigation theme of my business. We believe every journey—whether financial or personal—should be intentional and well-guided.
In addition to travel, I enjoy gardening, painting, skiing, and spending quality time outdoors with my family. My husband Jesse, who’s also an accountant, co-owns the business with me, though he enjoys his full-time role as a cost accountant for Uinta Brewing.
I specialize in bookkeeping cleanup jobs, which I see as a puzzle that needs solving. Taking a messy set of books and turning them into something beautiful is what I love most. I take pride in my work, and my clients’ satisfaction is my ultimate goal. Helping businesses succeed and knowing I’ve made a positive impact is what drives me every day. I’m excited to bring that same dedication to helping your business thrive.
